How we handle your information

This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is short because we collect very little.
If you are already an Altis customer, or a candidate applying for a job through Altis, this page is not the one you want. Personal data inside the Altis product is handled under our customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement — see the Security section of this site.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller under registration number ZC208666.

What the enquiry form collects
If you book a demo or send us an enquiry, we ask for your name, your care company, your email address and your phone number. You can also add a message if you want to.
That form does not save your details into a database. It sends them to us as an email, and we reply to it. Nothing about you sits in a marketing list unless you later become a customer.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use any.
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no tracking pixel and no advertising network. We do not know you visited unless you fill in the form.
Who else sees anything
Two third parties are involved, and only in a limited way.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces this page uses. Your browser requests those files directly, so Google can see your IP address. We do not receive that information and we do not use it.
Resend delivers the enquiry email to us. Everything you enter in the form passes through their systems as part of sending it. Resend is based in the United States, so this is a transfer outside the UK, made under approved safeguards.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Why we are allowed to do this
We handle your enquiry because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our software. If you would rather we did not keep your enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, your enquiry becomes part of our record of the relationship and is kept for as long as we work together, and for six years afterwards.
If you do not, we keep the enquiry for 12 months in case you come back to us, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict it. Using any of these is free.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please come to us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
