Altis started at Seren Support Services, a family care company in South Wales. We watched brilliant care managers lose their evenings to chasing references and retyping the same details, and decided the admin should do the work, not the people.
So we built Altis beside them. Every feature is tested on real hiring at Seren before it reaches anyone else. Clever where software should be clever, human where hiring must stay human.
