How exactly is it priced?
One monthly price covering your whole team, with setup, training and support inside it. Never a fee per hire. What sets the price is how many recruitment areas you hire across: 1 to 2 is Essentials, 3 to 6 is Complete, and 7 or more is Custom. Choosing 24 months instead of 12 brings the monthly price down, and you still pay monthly with nothing upfront.
What counts as a recruitment area?
A patch you hire into, like Cardiff or Newport. Not a branch, not an office, and not a single client. It is whatever you have set up as an area in Altis, with its own pipeline and its own care managers, so you can always see the number on screen rather than take our word for it.
What if we open a new area partway through?
Tell us and we move you across from the following month. There is no fee for moving and nothing to re-sign, you simply pay the price of the plan you are now on. Your records, jobs and history all stay exactly where they are.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Setup, moving your data across, and training your team are all part of the monthly price.
We've got more than one branch. How does that work?
More than one workspace, multi-region, or single sign-on sits on our Custom plan. Tell us your shape in the demo and we'll price it properly rather than force a fit.
How long do we sign up for?
You choose a 12 or 24-month term, billed monthly with nothing to pay upfront. Before you sign anything we'll walk you through the notice, the exit fee and what happens at the end of the term, so there's no surprise later.
Fair pricing matters in care. We keep ours simple enough to explain in one sentence, because your budget goes on people too.
