One of us runs a care company. The other makes software simple. Together we made Altis for the way care actually hires.

Altis started with a simple frustration. The hiring software out there was clunky, built without any real sense of how recruitment flows, and none of it was made for care. So we built the thing that should have existed all along.

We're at an early stage, and proud of it. ATS is live. OPS is shipping H2 2026. We'd rather have a small number of customers we know by name than chase a logo wall.

Yes. Altis ATS is live with founding customers in South Wales. The demo we'll run with you is on the same live product — not a sales sandbox. We'll bring your jobs, your candidate flow, and walk it through end to end.
When does OPS ship?
Rota and time & attendance target Q3 2026. Care plans and ongoing compliance target Q4 2026. Pay & bill into H1 2027. Complete customers get access on each module as it lands. We'd rather under-promise and ship than over-promise.
How long is implementation?
Two to four weeks, end to end. That covers data import (candidates, jobs, compliance docs), workspace branding, care manager portal setup, and team training. We do the heavy lifting — your team's first day in Altis is for using it, not configuring it.
Is candidate data used to train AI models?
No. We use Anthropic's API with explicit no-training agreements. Your data is never in anyone's training set. Per-workspace isolation, full audit log. See the security page for the architecture.
Is Altis GDPR and CIW-ready?
GDPR and UK DPA — yes. UK data residency (EU-West). Audit logs exportable for CIW or CQC inspections. Cyber Essentials Plus certification is in progress — target Q3 2026. ISO 27001 is on the roadmap, not certified today. We'd rather tell you exactly where we are than overclaim.
Can I migrate from a spreadsheet or legacy ATS?
Yes. We import candidates, jobs, compliance documents, and notes. Most providers we talk to are on a mix of spreadsheets and email; some have a generic ATS on the side. Either way, migration is included in Essentials and Complete.

Tenant data isolated at the database level — every query is scoped to the workspace, enforced by row-level policies. No customer can see another customer's data, ever.

AI never trains on your data

Anthropic API with explicit no-training commitments. Inference-only. Your candidates aren't in anyone's training set, contractually.

Immutable audit trail

Every stage move, every reference verdict, every offer decision — logged with actor, timestamp, and reason. Exportable in one click for CIW, CQC, or GDPR DSARs.

built Altis.

One of us runs a care company. The other makes software simple. Together we made Altis for the way care actually hires.

Altis started with a belief: care providers deserve better software.

Nick runs Seren, a care company in South Wales. He'd tried the hiring software out there, and none of it fit. Clunky. Built for corporate HR, then bent to fit care. A pile of features that never became something you'd actually want to use.

So we built the thing that should have existed all along.

Nick brought the ground truth: a real care company, real recruiters, real compliance deadlines. Joe brought the craft: a belief that software should be simple, good-looking and easy. Together, a product built from the floor up for how care actually hires.

Our mission is simple. Make hiring one clear path, from applicant to placed, with the compliance handled along the way. Powerful, but never a chore.

And it's built around a real care company that genuinely cares. Every feature is tested against real jobs, real candidates and real CIW and CQC deadlines, where getting it wrong isn't an option.
